Villa Giame is a private villa with swimming pool, located in an exclusive location just 400 meters from the beautiful and fine Sabbia beach.
This well-kept villa offers 5 bedrooms on three levels: a bedroom with bathroom on the first floor, connected to the ground floor by an internal staircase where there are 2 more bedrooms; two bedrooms in the basement accessible by an external staircase from the ground floor, also on the ground floor there is the kitchen and the living room. A car is necessary for transportation. The villa is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen to comfortably cook for 10 people. The furnishings are new and elegant, and among the services included we find air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and barbecue. Outside, a large veranda equipped with outdoor furniture allows you to eat outside, while a swing, a well-kept garden, a green lawn and a private parking complete the offer. The swimming pool, measuring 4 x 12 meters, is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Sicilian sun. Nearby, restaurants with services are available at 450 meters, while the city center is 2.5 km away. Great house with lots of space! The pictures are quite accurate but they did manage to hide that three of the bedrooms are in the basement without proper windows or access to the rest of the house which was a real disappointment.

The house was very clean and the rooms where prepared with towels when we arrived. Every room had a bathroom with a shower so there was never any trouble getting a shower after spending the day by the pool. The kitchen was well equipped, so it was easy to create dinners the days we did not eat out in Pozzallo. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend it.
