The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, on the commune of Martigues, this charming air-conditioned apartment (reversible air-conditioning) of a surface of 45 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers.
Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², open equipped kitchen, a bedroom in mezzanine, a bathroom.
Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 20 m² with a double sofa bed, TV - An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
Night space: - A bedroom on the mezzanine: a queen-size bed (160×200), a single bed and a closet - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet For even more comfort : washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside : - A covered terrace of 7m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days The apartment is ideally located in Martigues, 10 minutes walk from the city center, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential stores but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities : Martigues is located on the Etang de Berre, a beach has been developed with an outdoor pool.
Martigues is called the "Venice of Provence" thanks to its numerous canals.
It has two marinas, one on the Etang de Berre side and one on the canal side with access to the Mediterranean Sea.
Rowing is practiced there, boat trips on the Blue Coast are possible, discovery of the creeks, beautiful beaches and creeks at about 6 kms.
Park of figuerolles to be discovered, excursions, many animations the summer.
Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park on the free public parking lot near the accommodation.
As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Buses and free shuttles - Nearest train station : Martigues train station located at 5km (about 10 min by car) - Nearest airport : Marseille Provence airport located at 28km ( about 30 min by car ) Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included. - Animals are not allowed - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.

Une semaine trés agréable dans l'appartement Chabine confortable et bien situé proche du centre ville de Martigues à pieds dans un quartier calme.
