The K2 Residence is born right in the heart of the city of Pineto, a few steps from the beach and the main street.

The KURIOSO apartment, on the ground floor of the residence, has a private garden.

Kurioso is a three-room apartment composed by a large living room with a complete kitchen with flat accessories, crockery, fridge with freezer, oven and gas hob, TV corner and double sofa bed.

The sleeping area is composed by a main bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe and equipped with an en suite bathroom, the second bedroom with three single beds and the other bathroom, equipped with a washing machine and also equipped to accommodate people with mobility reduced.

The apartment has a balcony equipped with table and chairs, ideal for those who want to make the most of their time outdoors.

Just 150 meters from the apartment, walinkg through the historic pine forest that runs along the coast, you will find the golden sandy beach, and in just 10 minutes on foot you can reach Torre Cerrano, an ancient port now home to the Marine Protected Area that bears the same name " Cerrano Tower".

The apartment offers Wi-Fi connection included, it is air-conditioned.

To offer you greater comfort, you will find included in the price an initial supply of bed linen and towels inside the apartment.
