Cocoonr offers this charming 160 m² house in Clermont-les-Fermes for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 guests.
It comprises a lovely, bright 60 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 1,300 m².

The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 60 m² living room with TV - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and Tassimo pod machine. - A 14 m² bedroom with a 180*200 bed or 2 twin 90*200 beds, 2 bedside tables and a wardrobe. - A 7.5 m² shower room with shower, double washbasin, heated towel rail and PRM shower chair. - A separate 3 m² WC with window and washbasin. - A space with washing machine and tumble dryer First floor: 2 bedrooms: - The 1st bedroom (14 m²) has two twin beds forming a king-size bed (180x200), two bedside tables, a wardrobe with hanging space and a desk. - The 2nd bedroom (17 m²) has twin beds forming a king-size bed (180x200) and a trundle bed (2*80*200), 2 bedside tables, a wardrobe with hanging space and a chest of drawers. - A 6.5 m² bathroom with shower and bath, double washbasin, radiator and heated towel rail. - 1.8 m² separate WC with washbasin on cabinet Exterior: - A lovely 1,300 m² garden with a swing and a 48 m² petanque area.

Het huis is geweldig, schoon, ruim en veilig voor kleine kinderen. De tuin is fenomenaal. Sandrine ontving ons hartelijk en mochten we ten alle tijden vragen stellen.

The gite is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The bedrooms are all great sizes and the bathrooms were lovely. The host Sandrine is really lovely. She even gave us suggestions of places to go where there were special activities on.
