The "Clos de l'Ark-Ange" will seduce you with its cozy comfort in winter and natural freshness in summer.
The Clos has all the amenities to live there in peace and serenity, without feeling isolated thanks to the opening onto the village and the view of the Sancy mountain range.
Many activities nearby or on site: Montpeyroux classified among the Most Beautiful Villages of France (restaurants, gourmet break, arts and crafts, dungeon ...), hiking or mountain biking, playground on site (with children's games, table tennis, basketball, football, pétanque), educational farm, Chaîne des Puys listed as a UNESCO heritage site, many lakes, Super-Besse resort, city of Issoire and Clermont-Ferrand ..., Shops in Coudes 5 minutes away.
This house located next to the owners' house is composed on the street level of an entrance hall with an authentic interior staircase in Arkose stone.
On the garden level on the 1st floor, there are the living rooms, including the dining room, the kitchen and the living room (this one has a 140 cm sofa bed).
Finally, you will find: two bedrooms with a 140 cm bed, a separate toilet and a shower room.
In fine weather, you will appreciate the shaded terrace on one level accessible from the dining room with its terraced and enclosed garden.
You will have private covered parking in a large winegrower's vat (bicycle rental possible) with direct access to the cottage.
For your comfort, this cottage offers ALL INCLUSIVE (bed made on arrival, towels and table linen provided).

C'ÉTAIT TOUT TRÊS BIEN : Gîte confortable, Coquet et propre dans un joli village classé. Très bon accueil des propriétaires qui sont pleins d'attention. L'Auvergne est une belle Région à découvrir, paysages variés et apaisants, de belles randonnées notamment...... Et des fromages AOP délicieux

comme à la maison, rien ne manque dans cette belle location où tout est prévu, même une place à l'abri pour son véhicule.hôtes accueillants et à l'écoute, cadre idyllique, tous les ingrédients sont là pour découvrir cette belle région. Nous recommandons vivement ce gite.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans un très joli gîte, très propre,très bien équipé et étant parfaitement situé pour les promenades et visites alentours.Nous soulignons l'accueil chaleureux ainsi que les nombreuses petites attentions qui vous attendent à l'arrivée. En résumé nous n'avons qu'une envie, revenir.
