Just a 5-minute drive away is Platja d’Aro, one of the main tourist centers in the area, offering a wide range of shops and leisure options, making this house a practical choice for a comfortable and complete holiday.
The property is distributed over three floors.
On the ground floor, there is an independent fully equipped kitchen with access to an outdoor patio, and a dining room with large windows connecting to the private garden, where guests can enjoy outdoor meals and a barbecue.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: a suite with a private bathroom with a bathtub, and two bedrooms with single beds, as well as a second bathroom with a shower.
The house is part of a community with a shared pool and garden areas, providing an additional space for relaxation and enjoyment during your stay.

La casa por lo general aceptable
Necesita un reciclado general ya que es todo muy viejo y con mucho uso ,algunas cosas se desarmaban solo tocarlas ,y con una escalera de cama en particular podía llegar a provocar un accidente.
