Monteverdi is an apartment located into the city centre of Cortona, it is in a secluded and quiet position, but at the same time, it is a few steps from all the attractions of the city. Going on from the living room, you can access to the first bedroom, composed of a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a wardrobe. From the bedroom you have also and independent access. The spiral staircase will guide you on the first floor. Here there is a sleeping area with a double bedroom and a hallway where you will find a reading corner and a comfortable armchair. On the first floor there is also a beautiful balcony with some chairs. A second bathroom with shower completes the first floor.
