Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Plumergat, this charming house with stone frontage, of a surface of 140 m ² and being able to accomodate until 12 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 40 m², an open equipped kitchen, four nice bedrooms, two shower rooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 500 m². Wifi included, we are waiting for you!
The south facing apartment is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A living room of 40 m² with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- An open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates...
- Bedroom 1 : a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.
On the first floor:
- A mezzanine with a double sofa bed.
- Room 2: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 3 : a double bed (140×190).
- Room 4 : two single beds.
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
For even more comfort : plancha, barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Exterior :
- A beautiful garden of about 500 m² facing south, semi-enclosed, enclosed on the road side with a fence.
- A terrace of about 20 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days.
The house is ideally located in Plumergat, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential stores but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Close to all the south coast of Morbihan (Carnac, Quiberon...).
Activities :
- The nearest beaches (Saint-Philibert or Carnac), are located at 20 minutes by car, as well as the city center of Vannes.
- The port of Auray (Saint-Goustan) is about ten minutes away.
- The town of Sainte Anne d'Auray is less than 5 minutes away.
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the garage (2 vehicles of standard sizes) or on the private parking of the house (large capacity to park cars).
As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Auray train station located about 10 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Lorient airport located about 35 minutes away by car.
Other remarks:
- With the layout of the house three rooms are very well isolated from the noise of the living room.
- Free Wifi available.
- The house is entirely non-smoking.
- Animals are not allowed in the house.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the house for future visitors. Please leave the house in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Optional bed linen and towels on request, to be ordered from the manager before your stay.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested.
To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership with the teams of Book&Pay (advertisement and reservation management service) and La Conciergerie du Golfe (concierge / housekeeping service).
