The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, in Cadaujac, in the heart of the vineyards AOC Pessac Leognan, this charming house of a surface of 135 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers.
It is composed of a nice living room of 49 m², equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two shower rooms and a fenced domain of 2 hectares of garden.
We are waiting for you ! The accommodation is composed as follows: On the first floor: - A living room of 49 m² with TV, Wifi, sofa and dining area - A kitchen equipped with : oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, hotplates, electric kettle, coffee maker... - A master bedroom of 15 m², a queen-size bed (160×200), and a private shower room - A separate toilet - A separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer. On the first floor: - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) - A second bedroom with a double bed (140×190), sheets and towels included - A shower room with WC For even more comfort : washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, clothes line. Outside : - A North/East facing terrace adjacent to the kitchen window is immediately accessible from the laundry room. - This terrace overlooks the garden of the domain. - Garden furniture is available for the tenants to relax and enjoy outdoor meals. This spacious, bright, calm and functional house is located in a very special and exceptional private green setting, not overlooked.
One side of the property is adjacent to the vineyards of Château Bouscaut. Activities : - In the vicinity are many prestigious AOC wine estates such as Chateau Smith Haut Laffite, Chateau Carosse, Chateau Haut Bailly .... and also the Sources de Caudalies. - 10 km away is the city of Bordeaux - 60 km from the Bassin d'Arcachon by freeway Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking lot of the house. As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Bordeaux train station (18 km) - Nearest airport: Bordeaux airport (24 km). Quickly accessible thanks to the Bordeaux ring road. Other remarks: - The accommodation is not suitable for children because of the stairs. - Sheets and towels included. - Free Wifi available. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
