Exclusive two-level apartment which in 70 sqm accommodates two people with great comfort, being equipped with all comforts including two bathrooms, an equipped internal courtyard and a large living room with billiards.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area equipped with all services and located outside the ZTL. The excellent location, near the Villa Reale and 5 minutes' walk from the historic centre, makes it the ideal starting point for exploring the city. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a building with an independent entrance from the street (a step must be noted) and is divided over two levels: be careful if you are traveling with small children. *** Ground floor *** - Kitchen equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, moka coffee maker, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave - Living room with billiards, sofas and TV - Bathroom with wc, bidet and shower box - Internal courtyard of 20mq equipped with umbrella, table and chairs *** First floor *** - Bedroom with double bed, split A/C and wardrobe - Bathroom with wc, bidet and shower box Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, mosquito nets, fan, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.

L’appartement est vraiment très proche du centre historique de Lecce, et est très agréable du fait de sa superficie et de sa terrasse extérieure. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire.Je le recommande vivement
