Gorleston beach is a bay with a wide curving sandy beach with ramp access, a yacht pond, and children’s splashpad.

There are shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants, a local theatre, sailing club and amusements.

The beach is dog friendly, and offers great walks along the promenade, on the beach and upper levels, or join the weekend park run along the prom. For more lively seaside family fun, visit Great Yarmouth, with plenty to entertain, from amusements and arcades to circus shows.

Why not have a day out at Pleasurewood Hills family theme park, located on the A47 between Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft? Alternatively, golf clubs can be borrowed for any golfers wanting to play at the local Gorleston golf club. Seeking shopping and culture?
