Located in the Beaurivage residence in Erquy, this 35 m² one-bedroom apartment accommodates up to 4 guests on the third and top floor with lift access.
The central beach is approximately 30 metres away, making it easy to reach the sand without using the car. The living area opens onto a sea-facing balcony through a large bay window.
The awning makes the outdoor space more comfortable, while the panoramic view over the bay and fishing harbour accompanies meals and relaxed evenings. The kitchenette is equipped for everyday meal preparation: 2 electric hobs, oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and filter coffee maker. Sleeping arrangements include: - 1 sea-facing bedroom with double bed 140x190 - 1 two-person sofa bed in the living room The bathroom includes a bathtub, washbasin and washing machine.
The toilet is separate. A private garage in the basement provides on-site parking and makes arrivals and returns from the beach easier. The town centre and shops are approximately 300 metres away.
From the residence, guests can easily alternate between beach days, walks towards the fishing harbour and outings along the Erquy coastline. - Included services: bed linen and household linen (towels and tea towels) - Wi-Fi access (subject to network coverage) - End-of-stay cleaning included (according to house rules) - Pets allowed For arrivals after 6 PM or outside the agency opening hours, secure key boxes are available outside the agency for independent check-in.

The location
Very tired, cluttered inside. Sixties build inside to match. Leaky shower. Garage advertised, sadly car didn’t fit. Left it in public car park as electric gate had a mind of its own. Did report all of this to the agents locally.
