Found just outside the historic town walls of medieval Conwy, you will find the wonderful dwelling place of Hillcrest. A bright and contemporary, mid-terraced townhouse, Hillcrest offers a relaxing and spacious holiday home which appeals to families and which is also dog-friendly. With spectacular views of the surrounding Conwy valley, Hillcrest is perfectly placed to explore the cobbled streets of this special corner of North Wales.
A warm and inviting townhouse, raised up to take in the views of the surrounding valley, Hillcrest is a wonderful sanctuary for any family, and sleeps up to 6 people in three spacious bedrooms. All found on the first floor, there is a fine double bedroom with great views, and two great-sized twin rooms. Also upstairs, are the two bathrooms. First, there is a family bathroom, with a bathtub, washbasin and toilet, and then, there is also a separate shower room and WC.
Downstairs, you will find the amazing living spaces that the property possesses. A small entrance space, opens into the main hallway, off of which you will find first the comfortable living area, with large sofas, TV and large windows that let in an abundance of natural light. Next is the separate dining area, and to the rear of the property, the modern kitchen which also has its own dining space - great for simple breakfasts as a family.
Through the backdoor of the kitchen, you will also find a patio area with a lovely outdoor rattan-effect dining set, and well-maintained shrubberies that set off the space beautifully. Facilities in and around the house include the use of a washing machine, tumble dryer, a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave. There is a TV and DVD player, books, games and Wi-Fi is installed through the house, with an average download speed of 60Mbps (Uploads of 18Mbps).

Conwy is a town rich in history, which much of it still preserved within the walls and traditional structures of its buildings. In the heart of it is the mighty 13th-century castle, whose walls encapsulate this remarkable medieval town.
Surrounded by lush Welsh countryside and watched over by the mighty mountains of Snowdonia, it’s a most beautiful place to visit. The Quay is host to a number of amenities and is a particularly stunning place to visit during the warm summer months. Whether you’d prefer to sit with a refreshing drink outside of the cosy quayside pub, take an exciting boat tour around the coastal area or hike upon the many surrounding mountains – it’s all possible in the quaint town of Conwy.
Conwy offers a whole host of places to eat and drink. Fine dining restaurants, traditional pubs and snug cafes can be found throughout the town. It’s also host to a number of hotels and B&Bs – many of which incredibly close to the castle itself. It’s not every day that you wake up five minutes away from a medieval castle – but in Conwy, it’s the norm for many.
With its traditional and quaint appearance, you may be fooled into thinking that this town is hard to access. It’s just over an hour’s drive from two major airports – Liverpool and Manchester. If you’ll be travelling by train, you’ll have no problems catching a train from major cities in the UK over to Conwy. It’s worth exploring further afield in the rest of Conwy County which includes equally impressive coastal towns.
