For those interested in history, the Rochdale Pioneers Museum is a must see, as it documents the birthplace of the modern co-operative movement.
You can take a walk in the Pennine hills which is direct from your front door or explore the neighbouring charming towns of Todmorden and artsy Hebden Bridge.

Our stay at the stables couldn't of gone better. The private hot tub added an extra level of relaxation to our stay. The lodge is in a brilliant location with plenty of country walks and pubs on route. Thanks again for a great stay!
