As you follow the paved path from the car park to the entrance, you’ll be immediately struck by the beauty of rural Wales. Think lush pastures, grazing sheep, birdsong in the air—and just to make things extra special, a friendly herd of alpacas in the neighbouring field. It’s a magical introduction to a truly tranquil setting.


Inside, the property opens up into a thoughtfully designed open-plan living space. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from a hearty family breakfast to a relaxed dinner, and the high stools at the breakfast bar invite everyone to gather, eat, and chat. The inviting sofa offers the perfect spot to unwind with your favourite series on the Smart TV, surrounded by the warm, earthy charm of this unique home.


With space to sleep up to five adults and one child, the property features three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, ample storage, and a spherical window that frames views of the rolling hills outside—a beautiful sight to wake up to. The second king bedroom is equally welcoming, with countryside views and its own private toilet and wash basin for added convenience. The third bedroom is a cosy bunk room, perfect for younger guests, with a single bed below and a smaller top bunk just right for a child.


The main bathroom is designed with both comfort and style in mind. A large walk-in overhead shower, a double wash basin with illuminated mirror, and a modern WC provide everything you need to freshen up after a day of exploring.


Step outside and the peaceful magic continues. The outdoor area is ideal for enjoying warm, sunny evenings with all the essentials for relaxing or entertaining. A wood-fired hot tub is available for an additional £50 per stay, offering a luxurious way to unwind while soaking in the view. There’s also a fire pit and a gas BBQ, along with comfortable outdoor seating—perfect for alfresco dining or stargazing with a glass of your favourite Prosecco in hand.


This property is all about switching off, slowing down, and soaking in the scenery. Whether you're enjoying the privacy and stillness of your surroundings, or using the location as a base to explore the stunning Welsh countryside, it’s the perfect setting to relax, recharge, and reconnect.


Although wonderfully secluded, the home is just ten miles from the market town of Oswestry, where you’ll find plenty to see and do—from historic castles and walking trails to family-friendly attractions and outdoor activities.


Pets are welcome at the property, but due to the working livestock farm, we kindly ask that they are kept on a lead when outdoors and off the furniture during your stay.

As you make your way from your vehicle to the front of the property down the paved pathway, you will really appreciate the stunning views, a true representation of rural Wales, green fields, sheep grazing and birds singing. You'll also be met with a very cute herd of alpacas! Inside, you will be greeted by by an open plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking requirements. All members can relax in this area with high stools for dining and a sofa for lounging on whilst watching your favourite series on the smart TV. Sleeping up to five adults with an additional top bunk for a small child, this property has three bedrooms, a King room with plenty of storage for your belongings as well as a spherical window overlooking the rolling fields outside. The second King room comes complete again with storage and an equally impressive view from the window as well as it's own private toilet and wash facilities. The final room is the bunk room which accommodates a single bed and a child size bed on the top bunk, perfect for the smaller members of the family! The master bathroom has a large walk in overhead shower, double wash basin with illuminated mirror and flushing WC. We have already mentioned quirky and this added extra really does fall under that category, make the most of your relaxing stay by taking a soak in the wood fired hot tub outside (extra charge of 50 pounds). You can really make the most of the views and tranquil atmosphere outside, add a few bubbles and a glass of your favourite Prosecco for added effect! Privacy is what this property boasts, so to get away from the hustle and bustle of real life you really can relax and unwind during your stay here, or equally being in an excellent location as a great base for exploring what Wales has to offer including a great deal of local walks & footpaths from the front door.
