The open-plan living space houses an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric fire, Wi-Fi and a Smart TV. There is also a conservatory. The bedrooms include a double, twin and a single, serviced by a shower room. To the outside is an enclosed lawned garden and off-road parking for 1 car. Travel cot and highchair available. This is a pet-friendly and non-smoking property. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Within 1.4 miles there is a shop and pub. Lagoon View is a wonderful escape to Weymouth. Please note: From mid May 2026 for roughly 4 months, the neighbouring property is having a roof extension (building up over the ground floor in to their roof). The owner explains they are good neighbours and will be considerate builders but please bear this in mind when booking.
