The Poitevin Marsh natural park, also known as the "Green Venice" for its canals in the middle of lush vegetation and varied fauna, is a must-see! • Places to Visit: the famous Puy du Fou historical theme park is 1-hour drive away: Drakkar battles, bird ball, chariot and gladiator races… Learn history while having fun! Stroll around the picturesque town of La Rochelle and marvel at its many medieval monuments. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: Important Info & Regulations • The accommodation can only be used as a vacation spot, for leisure and tourism purposes.

They are not intended for business travellers and any reservation identified as a business stay may be automatically cancelled automatically, without payment of any compensation. • Unaccompanied minors without one of the holders of parental authority cannot be accepted. • Only individual bookings are accepted.

Group reservations, defined as 2 or more accommodations or 12+ people travelling together for the same reason and on the same dates, are not allowed and will be cancelled without compensation.

A free, private parking lot is available on-site (without the possibility of reservation). • No full-season restaurant, a bar/snack service is offered during the summer months of July and August.
