This is a historic 4-bedroom holiday home in Saint-Jean-de-Sauves.
Built in the 18th century, it's located in the peaceful countryside and offers complete privacy.
It is great for big families.
The surroundings are ideal for walking and cycling.
Major attractions nearby include the castles and wineries of the Loire, the Futuroscope amusement park, and the Puy du Fou theme park.
It is managed locally and it supplies quite a few restaurants throughout the region with its products.
There is a recreational lake 10km away.
The medieval town centre of Chinon is worth a visit.
There's a supermarket 3 km away and a restaurant 10 km from here.
The home has wooden beams, natural stone walls and an ancient fireplace along with all the modern amenities.
There is a large roofed terrace and a garden with furniture.
There is also a barbecue.
The home is child-friendly and has a children’s bed and high chair.
You're allowed to bring 1 pet for €15 per stay.
The house is only heated by a wood-burning stove.
During the winter months (October to April inclusive) you pay extra for this; this is settled in the service costs that you pay in advance.
The accommodation is not heated in any other way.
The wood stove provides sufficient heating for the entire accommodation.

We hebben een heerlijk week gehad! Prachtig huis en kunnen genieten van de charme van oude boederij en daarnaast erg welkom gevoeld door Wendy! Ondanks het matig weer genoeg te doen in de omgeving en leuke tips gekregen voor zowel mooie plekken en dorpjes om naar toe te gaan als voor activiteiten zoals de futuroscoop! Aanrader!!!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche! Wir wohnten in einem schönen Haus und genossen den Charme des alten Bauernhauses. Wendy hat uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen! Trotz des schlechten Wetters gab es in der Gegend viel zu unternehmen, und wir bekamen tolle Tipps für schöne Orte und Dörfer sowie für Aktivitäten wie das Futuroscope! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Zeer vriendelijke en warme ontvangst, een rustig gelegen kleinschalig domein met een leuke afgesloten tuin met verschillende speelmogelijkheden en een fijn zwembad (ook apart omheind). Dit was voor ons belangrijk omdat we er met 3 kleine kindjes verbleven en die hebben zich enorm geamuseerd. Mooie s...
