Many beautiful Baltic Sea beaches, e.g. Kühlungsborn, Rerik, Boltenhagen, Warnemünde and the island of Poel, as well as the Hanseatic cities of Wismar and Rostock and the state capital Schwerin can be reached quickly by car.
