In Pontevès, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 400 m² house with air conditioning and swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 15 guests. It comprises an attractive 85 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, eight bedrooms, ten bathrooms and eleven toilets. Bed linen and towels are included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A living room of 85 m² with sofas, armchairs and a fireplace (wood will be extra in the winter months) with a dining area for enjoying a good meal, Wifi internet access and a washing machine.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A separate toilet suitable for disabled people
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×200), one queen-size bed (160x200) and two en-suite bathrooms with bath and WC
- Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×200), two single beds (90x200), two en-suite bathrooms with bath and WC
- Bedroom 3: one double bed (140×200), TV, en-suite bathroom with bath and WC
- Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite bathroom with bath and WC
- Bedroom 5: king-size bed (180×200), TV, en-suite bathroom with bath and WC
- Bedroom 6: double bed (140×200), double sofa bed, en-suite bathroom with bath and WC

- A 30 m² terrace in front of the bay window and under a shady arbour, equipped with small tables and garden furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
For added comfort: high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Pontevès, in a very pleasant setting for enjoying the peace and quiet of the historic village just a few minutes' walk away. You'll be able to sample the produce of the renowned winegrowing estates in the surrounding area, and visit a number of villages that have been classified as villages of character. Grocery shops, bread shops, bistros and restaurants (on site or to take away) are all close by.
Activities :
- Possibility of departure of excursions with feet or bicycle, of the house.
- Hiking, cycling, wine-tasting (numerous estates and châteaux)
Tennis (3km), two golf courses (25km and 35km). City stadium, fitness trail, etc.
- Theatre and musical performances.
- Numerous museums and visits to historic sites. Visits to castles.

- You can park directly in the house's private car park. Accessible to all types of vehicles. There is space for around fifteen vehicles.
