The location is great! In about 10 minutes walk you can reach Via Mercatovecchio, Piazza della Libertà and the Castle. The property is equipped with every comfort, including a large terrace from which you can admire the city from above and the availability of a parking space reserved for guests. The apartment is on two levels connected by a flight of stairs, be careful if traveling with children. The interior space is organized as follows: -> LOWER LEVEL - KITCHEN with gas hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils, wine glasses. dining table and air purifier; - BEDROOM II with single bed - BATHROOM I with shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet; -> UPPER LEVEL (attic) - LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, TV (usable ONLY for streaming, as it does not have an antenna), access to the terrace and split A/C; - BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and split A/C; - TERRACE furnished with dining table. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating, air conditioning (split in the living room and in the bedroom), drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. ATTENTION: The area is limited, by municipal ordinance, to EURO 0, EURO 1, EURO 2 and EURO 3 diesel vehicles from 04.00 pm to 08.00 pm every day, while there are no restrictions for machines from EURO 4 and up.
