Holiday home for 5 guests in Maruggio: Vecchio Trappeto The holiday home is an ancient typical oil mill which was renovated and it keeps features such as the walls with exposed stones, the arches and the charm of local history.
Vecchio Trappeto consists of a room with 2 pull-out twin-sized beds, the living room with 1 double sofa bed, tv, air conditioning, dining table and a library used as divider, 1 double bed.
It accommodates up to 5 guests.
Moreover, there are the kitchenette and 1 full bathroom.
The holiday home is refined, with new furniture, functional and with many accessories in the kitchen.
The surroundings of the holiday home in Maruggio The holiday home in Maruggio is in the old town centre with many services.
It`s in the area of Taranto, in northern Salento, an area enriched with many nature, cultural and historic attractions.
Maruggio is less than 4 kilometers away from the beaches of Campomarino, on the Ionian coast.
The holiday home is also a short drive away from other seaside locations. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am).
An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 55 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning).
If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - House heating in winter months, optional, euro 5 per day.
