Excellent flat in S'Agaró, next to the beach of Sant Pol, with all kinds of amenities to enjoy a fantastic holiday on the Costa Brava.

This accommodation is located in a quiet environment, just 300 metres from the beach and very close to leisure areas, restaurants, etc. It also has a communal area of more than 3000 m2 with swimming pool, ping-pong, football goals, parking, etc.

When we enter the flat we find the entrance hall with access to the dining/living room area with exit to a spacious terrace overlooking the communal green area and the swimming pool. The accommodation is all on one level where we find the kitchen, with exit to a balcony, 3 bedrooms (one with double bed, one with 2 single beds and one with bunk beds), a bathroom and a toilet. The accommodation is on the third floor.

Once inside you will be able to enjoy a wide range of services and amenities:
