The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this charming 200 m² house with swimming pool in the heart of nature in Barjac, which can accommodate up to 15 people.
It has a lovely 85 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 2,000 m². We're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - 85 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, fireplace (wood not provided) and pool table - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, coffee machine and Nespresso coffee machine... - A master bedroom: queen-size bed (160×200), with en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, WC - A separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190), one single bed - Bedroom 3: double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 4: 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4) - Bedroom 5: double bed (140x190) - Bathroom with bath and WC - A second bathroom with bath and WC - A laundry room - A relaxation area Table football and billiards are also available. Outside : - An 8x6m swimming pool (private, unheated), open from May to September (swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual). - Pool house with fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave). - A beautiful 2,000 m² garden, not enclosed, with deckchairs, garden furniture and a children's play area. - A 100m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather The house is ideally located in Barjac, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Many great tourist sites are nearby: Aven d'Orgnac, Cité de la préhistoire, Grotte Chauvet Ardèche, Pont d'Arc, Anduze bamboo grove, Nîmes and its monuments, Pont du Gard, Avignon, - The sea is about 1h30 away by car - Provencal markets: Barjac, les Vans, Vallon Pont d'Arc, st Ambroix, Uzès Transport : - You can park directly in the house's private car park. - Nearest train station: SNCF Avignon, 69km away (about 1h18) - Nearest airport: Avignon Provence, 91km away (about 1h20 by car) Other remarks : - Free WiFi available - Bed linen and towels are provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). - The fireplace is functional and wood is provided - Pets accepted free of charge, one pet per stay - Parents are responsible for their children's swimming. - Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

A deux min de Barjac et très proche des plus beaux coins de l’Ardèche et du Gard. Maison avec un cachet typique sans tenir compte de la façade!. Séjour très chaud qui nous a fait souffrir de la chaleur dans certaines chambres. Très beaux moments en famille et amis 👍
