Just a stones throw from Sothwolds sandy beach and the town centre, Pebbles is an extraordinary detached family holiday home ideal for exploring the countryside and coast of Suffolk.
Boasting uninterrupted views of the sea and Southwold's iconic pier, the property benefits from a light and airy open-plan living space helping to create a warm and welcoming ambience for its guests.
The sitting area is extensive with ample seating, tasteful soft furnishings, a selection of books and games and wonderful uninterrupted views, all adding up to make a space that’s perfect for gathering together.
The well-fitted kitchen has everything needed for creating delicious food for the whole family and not one but the two electric ovens will keep even the most professional of chefs happy.
When it’s dinner time, the good-sized dining area is all set up ready for long and enjoyable meals together, and there is also space to eat outside in the well-maintained gardens which give captivating views towards the sea. When it’s time for bed, make your way to any of the four stylish bedrooms, with two on the ground-floor; all are light and airy.
Southwold is a perfect holiday destination for those who love quaint towns and sandy shores, offering a multitude of eateries, bars and independent shops for you to enjoy.
Although it can be seen from the property, a walk over to the historic Southwold Lighthouse and Southwold Pier is a must, and from here you will be delighted to discover the incredible Denes sandy beach, ideal for walking in the fresh air, family picnics and watersports.
For more walks amongst breath-taking scenery, head over to Dunwich forest and beach or the wonderful RSPB Minsmere.

Absolutely perfect. The best equipped holiday home we have had. I can never get on with an induction hob but all holiday homes seem to have them. However, as there are two ovens it was easy to buy all meals that could be cooked in the oven. House is well positioned in Southwold, walking distance to everything but nice and quiet at night.

Perfect in every way. We have stayed at Pebbles once before. For us it is the most perfect house for a holiday in Southwold. We have stayed in many different properties in Southwold over 40 years at various times in a year. Hopefully it will not be our last at Pebbles.

Superb property in a fabulous location. Quality of the decoration, amenities, and facilities were excellent. The owners have really thought about what would make their guests comfortable and their stay complete. Spacious and well laid out it accommodates 8 adults really well. We had a great week.
