We are offering this charming house for rent in Saint-Cyprien, less than 500 metres from the beach.
It has a floor area of 100 m² and can accommodate up to 10 guests.
The bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned.
It comprises a living room, a dining room, a fully fitted kitchen, three lovely bedrooms, a shower room with a toilet, a separate shower cubicle, a separate toilet, a terrace, a small garden and a garage for storage. The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A 20 m² air-conditioned lounge with two double sofa beds, a TV and board games - Bedroom 1: Two single beds and air conditioning - A shower cubicle - A separate toilet - A storage garage with a freezer, beach equipment, baby equipment, pet supplies, cleaning equipment and a washing machine. On the first floor: - A 20 m² dining room - A terrace with garden furniture and a Ban awning - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, fridge… - A bathroom with shower and toilet On the second floor: - Bedroom 2: A queen-size bed (160×200) with a built-in wardrobe and air conditioning - Bedroom 3: A queen-size bed (160×200) with a built-in wardrobe and air conditioning For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional items: high chair, washing machine, cot, griddle, fan, ironing board and iron. (stored in the garage) On the ground floor: - A south-east-facing enclosed terrace of approximately 90 m² with furniture for enjoying sunny days - A south-east-facing outdoor area with furniture and a parasol On the first floor: - A south-east-facing terrace (with garden furniture for 8 to 10 people and a Ban awning) The house is ideally situated in Saint-Cyprien, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market…. Activities: - Beaches with children’s entertainment - Golf - Mini-golf - Aqualand - Cycling - Saint-Cyprien Museum - Casino - Nightclub Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free behind the property. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Perpignan station (20 km) - Nearest airport: Perpignan Airport (20 km) Other notes: - Free Wi-Fi available - One pet is allowed free of charge in the accommodation; please specify this when booking. - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner). Logement bien placé, terrasse sympathique, bon équipement pour aller à la plage. Cependant la saleté et l’odeur était présente dès notre arrivé
