This part of the flat gives access to the back of the house where you wiil find the Patio. There, you will find an intimist covered terrace to enjoy your meals or just to chill in a green area. You will forget you are in the city centre. A plancha and barbecue are at your disposal in this area. Regarding the sleeping area, on the ground floor is a wide bedroom suite opening to the balcony to accomodate you. It is equipped with an open bathroom (with a bath) and a large closet.
