The kitchen is equipped with: freezer, fridge, grill, hob, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, as well as cutlery, plates and pots. 2 bedrroms on first floor as well as 1 bathroom. 1 bathroom on groundfloor There is a terraces at the front and a patio at the rear of the house.
There is a solarium.
Garden furniture and a BBQ, WIFI Close by there is a communal swimming pool and communal gardens with a children's play ground. • Security deposit: €100 to be paid in cash upon receiving the keys (unless booked through Airbnb).
The money will be refunded either by bank transfer or bizum assuming no damage has occurred or the electricity consumption has exceded the allowence • Bed linen and towels are included.

Good location, overall clean, easy access for key etc
Unusual not to have a welcome pack due to later arrival we could not even make a hot drink as no milk etc. Beds not comfortable as felt more like a topper than an actual Mattress and pillows need replacing as not very clean

Cuando llegamos a la casa estaba sucia sin limpiar , las sartenes rotas y viejas, no teniamos productos para limpiar , persinas no bajaban , hormigas
