This charming 56 m² air-conditioned duplex apartment, which can accommodate up to 4 people, is located nearby from the beach in Port-Vendres. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower). Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is as follows:
First floor:
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sitting area and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
Second floor:
- Bedroom 1: Double bed
- Bedroom 2: Double bed
- Two shower rooms
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- Two south-facing balconies of approx. 0.8 m².
The flat is ideally located in Port-Vendres, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's garage.
As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- 1 euro bus service to neighbouring towns: Collioure, Banyuls-sur-mer and as far as Perpignan. The bus station is a 3-minute walk away.
- Nearest train station: Port-Vendres station (2.5 km)
- Nearest airport: Perpignan airport (43 km)
Other remarks :
- Free WiFi available (fibre optics).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
