The accommodation is located in Baccu Mandara, less than 5 minutes walk you can reach the beach of Baccu Mnadara and Marianeddu Beach.

Please pay more attention if you travel with children to the inside steps to access the kitchen and bathroom (in the room). The interior space is composed as follows: - BEDROOM 1 with double bed, wardrobe; - BEDROOM 2 with double bed, wardrobe; - BEDROOM 3 with double bed, clothes stand, bathroom; - LIVING ROOM with kitchen utensils, two single beds, wooden table with chairs, TV, split A/C, access to the garden; - KITCHEN with gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, oven and microwave; - BATHROOM 1 in room with shower, sink and toilet; - BATHROOM 2 with shower, washbasin and toilet; - GARDEN with table and chairs, barbecue and outdoor shower; - POOL. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: WIFI with soap MAX 100 GIGA, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer, washing machine, air conditioning and heating ONLY via split A/ C in the living room. PLEASE NOTE: There is NO bidet in the bathrooms. The bathroom (1) is in the room, attention to the steps.
To access it you need to go through the bedroom (3). To access the kitchen you need to make steps. Heating and air conditioning are provided ONLY via split A/C (living room). SWIMMING POOL HOURS: Open from 15 May to 15 October.

The beach of Baccu Mandara occupies the eastern limit of the coast of Geremeas, in the part of the resort belonging to the Municipality of Maracalagonis.
The small body of water divides Baccu Mandara from the beach of Marongiu and, at the same time, separates the territory of Mara from that of Quartu sant'Elena. Thanks to its particular exposure to the winds Baccu Mandara is ideal for sailing, wind and kite surfing, while snorkelers can explore the rocks at the foot of the promontory.
The beach offers all services: parking, refreshment points, rental of bathing equipment and boats (pedal boats and canoes), a storage point for boats. Main distances: - Baccu Mandara Beach: 5 minutes on foot; - Marianeddu beach: 3 minutes on foot; - Quartu Sant'Elena: 32 minutes by car; - Cann'e Sisa beach: 6 minutes by car or 31 minutes by public transport; - Lime Beach Coffee: 5 minutes by car; - Sa Sindria (restaurant): 3 minutes on foot; - Cuor di Crai: 6 minutes by car. -From Cagliari Elmas "Mario Mameli" airport: it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the train transport from Elmas Airport terminal to the "Cagliari" stop, continue with bus n. 101 to the stop "SP 17 Country Club" only 12 minutes on foot from the apartment.
