In Saint-Laurent-en-Grandvaux, we offer this charming 65 m² flat (T2 bis) for rent, with a ski station within walking distance and a swimming pool. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 23 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). We're waiting for you!
The apartment is composed as follows
- A 23 m² living room with TV, sofa (convertible clic-clac)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: articulated double bed 160x200 cm, wardrobe and large chest of drawers
- Bedroom 2: sofa bed 140X200 cm, with closet
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- Heated indoor community pool (5x7m), with changing rooms and showers. Open from 1 April to 30 September (opening dates non-contractual). Opening times: 9am-8pm non-stop
The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Laurent-en-Grandvaux, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Activities:
- Several hiking trails nearby for all types of walkers
- Lakes for water sports activities
- Unusual visits based on local resources: wood, eyewear, comté, for example, the visit to the Fort des Rousses is particularly interesting.
- Boissellerie museum nearby
- Summer mountain activities
- Casino 200 m from the apartment
Transportation:
- You can park directly in a free space in the condominium parking lot.
- Nearest train station: SNCF Besançon 99.6km (approx. 1h35 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Lyon-Saint Exupéry 147km (approx. 1h55 minutes by car)
Other notes:
- The flat's second bedroom has no window, but a glass door.
- Free WiFi available
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation for a supplement of 10 euros per pet (1 pet maximum)
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrivals or departures outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged.
- Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual. A parent is responsible for all children swimming.
