Located on the 4th floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 14 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The apartment comprises - 14 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc. - Two bedrooms with 2 double beds (140×190), fitted with new mattresses - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC The apartment is ideally located in Bobigny, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... Activities : - Visit Paris and its highlights: Arc de Triomphe, Sacré-Coeur and the charming Montmartre district, Notre-Dame cathedral, Champs-Elysées, Eiffel Tower, Ile de la Cité, Marais district, Versailles... - Museums: Orsay, Louvre, Art Moderne, Fragonard, Vuitton etc... - Close to MC93, canal 93, canal de l'Ourq Transportation: - Free or paid public parking is available nearby. - Freeway exit near A86/A3 - 2-minute walk from the “La Ferme” stop on line T1 serving the Stade de France & Olympic Village and 3 stops from metro line 5 direct to Paris - Nearest train station: SNCF Paris nord 8.5 km (approx. 39 minutes by car) - Nearest airport: Paris-Charles de Gaulle 17.3 km (approx. 22 minutes by car) Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free WiFi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - The residence is equipped with a digicode for added security. - The apartment is a stone's throw from tramway T1, but quietly set back from the main street. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the apartment for future visitors.

Paris ist wunderschön, wir würden jetzt im Nachhinein einen anderen Bezirk für unseren Aufenthalt wählen. Die Bilder der Wohnung entsprechen nicht mehr der Realitäten. Einiges war kaputt. Einen sicheren Parkplatz vor der Tür zu finden war sehr schwer.

appartement agréable aux premier abord mais vite décevant, par manque d entretien, peu de considération de la personne sensé prendre en compte les anomalies. pas de cable tv, pas de plateau micro onde, pas de detecteur fumée operationnel, pas de grille hote de cuisine, refrigerateur fonctin mal, bou...
