Cozy apartment of 85 sqm located on the fifth floor of a building with lift (5 steps to access), can accommodate up to 4 people.
The property is located in a prestigious area: just 270 m from the Naval Academy and 300 m from the promenade of Viale Italia. It is well served by public transport to reach the center.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, walk-in closet, three balconies and communal terrace.
The 85 sq m apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator (5 steps to access).
The interior layout is as follows:

Krásný apartmán na moc pěkném místě, klidná lokalita. Parkování před domem i za domem, vždy jsme našli místo. Uvítali bychom klimatizací ale v každé ložnici byl alespoň ventilátor 👍🏻. Základní vybavení dostačující. Nic nám nechybělo.
Moc se nám líbilo, určitě bychom apartmán doporučili 🤩

Quartier très calme. Appartement très calme. Hotte très réactif. Logement assez ancien qui mériterais un bon coup de neuf. Et surtout changer certaines fenêtres qui sont rouillées et compliquées à fermer. Sinon l emplacement à côté d un arrêt de bus: 4 minutes à pied. Une petite bouteille d eau bien fraîche quand il y a canicule serait le bien venu. Mais bon séjour
