Book your relaxing holiday at Casa Xajulamor, a beautiful penthouse located in the municipality of Guardamar del Segura in Alicante, the south of the Costa Blanca.
This modern three-bedroom flat is located in Oasis Beach X, a district consisting of modern and minimalist designed flats.
The flat is just 2.5 km from the wide white sandy beach of Guardamar and within walking distance of the nature reserve and lake of La Mata.
In the immediate vicinity you will find several restaurants and bars as well as a supermarket that can be reached on foot.
There is a bus stop within walking distance that takes you to Murcia, Alicante and Torrevieja.
Casa Xajulamor is suitable for 5 persons (or expand to 6), has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each equipped with a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with all luxury and comfort: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ordinary oven, cooker, extractor hood, hot water boiler, crockery, pots, pans, etc.
The spacious living room is equipped with TV (TV Vlaanderen), wifi and air conditioning for heating and cooling.
You can park your car in the car park (included).
In the winter months you can use the indoor Jaccuzi & Swedish sauna.
Furthermore, the swimming pool is fully at your disposal.
On arrival, the flat is cleaned, the beds are made and there are hand, bath and kitchen towels ready for you.

Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt sehr schön. Die Unterkunft war anfangs schwer zu finden, jedoch wurden wir im Endeffekt von unserem Standort nahe der Unterkunft abgeholt und zur Unterkunft gebracht.
