In Savines-le-Lac, we offer this charming 57 m² apartment with mountain views, less than a kilometer from the lake beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a lovely 13 m² living room, a separate fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). We're waiting for you!
The apartment is composed as follows
- A 13 m² living room with TV, Wifi, sofa bed, sitting area and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room
- Separate WC
Outside :
- A north-facing balcony (approx. 9 m²) with lake and mountain views, where you can enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in Savines-le-Lac, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
Canoeing, windsurfing, swimming, mountain hiking...
Transport :
- Free parking is available close to the building.
- Nearest train station: Embrun train station (10 km)
- Nearest airport: Marseille airport (180 km)
