This casa is located just outside the centre of Pilar De La Horadada (Alicante) near Murcia.
The property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers.
Our newly built property can be reached from Alicante airport (50 km) or Murcia airport (40 km).
There is air conditioning throughout the house, free and unlimited wifi, TV Vlaanderen and Netflix.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen with induction and dishwasher.
Outside is the private pool, with sun loungers and outdoor shower.
There is also a large solarium with pergola, gas BBQ and lounge set that can be closed by a safety gate in front of the stairs.
There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer.
A cot and high chair are also available.
There may possibly be a camera system in the home.
During rental, the camera system is locked down.
This can be achieved by temporarily disabling the camera system or physically covering the cameras.
The cleaning supplement includes the 24/7 service during your stay and a personal check-in and check-out.
Rental rates quoted include energy costs, unless more than 100 kWh per week of electricity is consumed.
Additional consumption will be charged at €0.45 per kWh.

Logement 5 étoiles. nous avons passé un excellent séjour,de plus de 2 semaines dans cette très belle villa . propre, cuisine très bien équipée, lumineuse dans un quartier calme,l attention de bien venue a donné le ton de cet agréable séjour. Nous y reviendrons

Het huis is aan de binnenkant veel meer dan het aan de buitenzijde lijkt. Knap hoe dat is verwerkt. Huis ligt in een normale woonwijk maar dichtbij genoeg van het centrum van Pilar. Communicatie met de sleutelbeheerder ging prima. Klein maar afdoende zwembad in de voortuin. Huis is als uitvalbasis voor dagtrips prima.
