The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming house with a swimming pool for rent in Mougins.
It has a floor area of 80 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
It comprises a lovely 36 m² living room, a fitted open-plan kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with a bath) and a garden of around 750 m². Bed linen and towels are included.
We’re just waiting for you! The property is laid out as follows: - A 36 m² living room with a TV, Wi-Fi, a sitting area and a dining area - A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedroom 1: a double bed - Bedroom 2: a double bed - Bedroom 3: two single beds - A bathroom with a bath and an adjoining toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: a barbecue, a washing machine, a fan, an iron and an ironing board. Outside: - A private, unheated swimming pool (5x3m), open from May until the end of October (opening dates are subject to change) - A lovely garden of approximately 750 m² - A terrace of approximately 15 m² with furniture to enjoy the sunny days The house is ideally situated in Mougins, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll be close to all essential amenities as well as shops, restaurants, bars and the market… Things to do: - Mougins and its restaurants - Museums and art galleries - Cannes - Close to the beaches - Close to Sophia Antipolis, etc. Transport: - You can park directly in the carport and in the house’s private outdoor car park (4 vehicles) - Nearest railway station: Cannes, 9 km away - Nearest airport: Cannes-Mandelieu, 8 km away; Nice Côte d’Azur Airport, 25 km away Other details: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the property for future guests.

Villa Magalinette "Great location. Nicely secluded.
When we arrived they informed us the washing machine was broken. We were informed it would be fixed in our first week of the stay. We had packed with the expectation we could wash our clothes.
They didn’t replace the washing machine until the day...
