We have a flat for rent in Dinan, right in the historic centre and 2 minutes' walk from the pedestrianised centre.
In a very quiet area, this charming 70 m² flat can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the 3rd floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 40 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower).
The apartment is composed as follows : Day area - 40 m² living room with TV, sitting area and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
Sleeping area - Bedroom 1 and 2 : queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with bathtub - Separate WC The apartment is ideally located in Dinan, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities : - Numerous visits are organized by the tourist office. - There are many points of interest : Dinan's historic center, the clock tower, the Basilique Saint Sauveur and Eglise Saint Malo, Dinan castle, etc. - Discover the port and the famous Rue du Jerzual with its many craftsmen and women - Stroll along the ramparts, - Discover the English garden - Take the little train around the town. - Boat trip on the Rance river Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park in the secure pay parking lot in the historic center.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful : - Nearest train station : Dinan station 2 km away - Nearest airport : Dinard airport, 20 km Other remarks : - Non-smoking accommodation - Free WiFi available - No parties allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels included - Not suitable for children - Pets are not allowed - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
