Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this charming 34 m² apartment in Arcachon, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers.
Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty 17 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room.
Sheets and towels are extra - we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 17 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc. - Bedroom with double bed - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC Outside area : - A 7m² balcony with furniture to make the most of sunny days. The flat is ideally located in Arcachon, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - In the heart of Le Moulleau (you'll find the church of Notre Dame des Passes) - Plage des Arbousiers (where you'll find a children's club and a sailing and surfing club) - Dune du Pyla - Pier for Cap Ferret - L'île au oiseaux Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Gare d'Arcachon (5 km) - Nearest airport: Bordeaux airport (67 km) Other information : - Free Wi-Fi available - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are indicative and subject to change by our partner. - Pets are not allowed. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
