Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, large terrace and private parking. Bed linen and towels included. - A dining area to enjoy a meal together

- Bedroom 2: Double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with bathtub, double vanity unit and heated towel rail

The apartment is located at the entrance to Concarneau town center, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You'll be close to the following shops :
