Cozy studio of 60 sqm, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the first floor of a building without elevator.
The property is located in the center, just a few steps from the famous Via Lagrange and Piazza San Carlo, an ideal starting point for exploring the city and its wonderful monuments.
The accommodation is located in an enviable location, in an elegant area full of restaurants, bars, shops and many other services that will make your stay unforgettable. The interior space is organized as follows: - LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (with gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, moka coffee maker, coffee maker, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, manual juicer, kitchen utensils and wine glasses), peninsula with stools, folding dining table, double sofa bed, TV 23", split A/C and access to the balcony; - SLEEPING AREA loft with double bed and split A/C; - BATHROOM with bath/shower, washing machine, washbasin, bidet and WC; - BALCONY. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating, air conditioning (a split in the living area and a split in the sleeping area), drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. PLEASE NOTE: the building does not have a lift - the apartment is on the first floor. The sleeping area is a loft - a flight of stairs to access it. The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato N.B. Completing the registration is MANDATORY to receive instructions and access the apartment. Please note that the keys are located in a drop-off point near the apartment.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Torino Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th. From Duomo, you can reach Porta Palatina and San Domenico Church, and through Galleria Umberto I you'll find Piazza della Repubblica.
Going north you will meet the Dora and the Moscow Bridge and then head for Balôn, which every Saturday becomes a colorful vintage market.
Going southwards you'll arrive to Piazza Castello where you can admire the Royal Palace, the Madama Palace and the Regio Theater.
Not far from there, the Egyptian Museum and the Mole Antonelliana, icon of the city.
Last but not least, at the bottom of Via Po, the Church of the Great Mother of God. A visit to the Langhe and the Roero is great chance to discover what they have to offer from the gastronomic, cultural and landscape point of view. We are centrally located, close to Porta Nuova station (6 minutes on foot), in a strategic position that allows you to easily reach the main attractions of the city. We liked the appartment. It was big enough for 3 friends. It was clean, well equipped and very modern. The lication was very convenient to coming from airport by bus. Everything was so close by and was easy to walk to all attractions. Also so many restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend it 👌

Il manquait le linge de maison quand nous sommes arrivées au studio alors que nous sommes bien arrivées à l'heure prévue (15h passées), et le linge de maison sale des précédents occupants n'avait pas encore été récupéré.
Le frigo n'était pas très propre à quelques endroits.
Plusieurs insectes de lit étaient dans le canapé-lit.

Appartamento carino in pieno centro! Indicazioni per il check-in mandate all’ultimo ma alla fine è andato tutto liscio. Purtroppo mancavano alcuni beni di prima necessità, sale, caffè, carta igienica, sapone per i piatti, sacchetti per la spazzatura ecc. Senza questi ultimi (sapone per i piatti e sacchetti per la spazzatura) è stato un po complicato pulire casa.
