We are offering this charming, air-conditioned studio flat for rent in Bandol, just 400 metres from the sea. It measures 21 m² and can accommodate up to two guests.
Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 15 m² living area with a fully fitted kitchen, a bathroom (with shower) and a garden of approximately 24 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A living area with a fold-away bed (140×200), TV, dining area and air conditioning. - A fully fitted kitchen including: a multi-capsule espresso machine, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A separate entrance hall with space for a cot - A bathroom with shower and toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: an electric barbecue, a washing machine and a cot. Outside: - A 16 m² enclosed garden facing south-east - A 9 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days The flat is ideally situated in Bandol, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market… Activities: - Coastal path for walking and hiking - Tennis court 900 metres away - Beach 400 metres away: diving and water sports - La Frégate Golf Course 5 km away - Bandol’s harbour, market and town centre - Boat trips: departures to the Calanques of Marseille and the Îles d’Hyères, 2 km away Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Seasonal city buses / ‘Gravier mer’ stop 350 m away - Nearest railway station: Bandol (2 km) - Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères (43 km); Marseille Marignane (74 km) Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
