In Sauzelle, in Saint-Georges-d'Oléron, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 140 m² house with swimming pool for rent, which can accommodate up to 9 people (7 adults and 2 children). It comprises an attractive 46 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms (2 showers and 1 bath/shower) and a garden with trees of around 500 m².
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 46 m² living room with sofa, TV, work desk and large dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, etc.
- Bedroom 1 (master suite): queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room with separate WC
- Bedroom 2: two bunk beds (2 children's beds 90x200)
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with bath and shower
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 4 (master suite): queen-size bed (160×200), sofa bed (100×178 single bed) and en-suite shower room with shower and WC. Note: access to this room is from the outside.
Exterior:
- A private swimming pool (heated depending on weather conditions) measuring 8x4m, secured by an alarm and open from May 1 to September 30 inclusive (dates non-contractual and subject to change).
- A south-west-facing terrace of 100m², with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
- A second 35m² covered terrace with outdoor dining area and furniture
- A beautiful, private, fully enclosed garden of 500 m².
The house is ideally located in Sauzelle, in a very pleasant setting close to the beaches. You'll have easy access to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Sights: The Chassiron lighthouse with its garden, the oyster-farming huts and their designer village, the Vauban citadel at Château d'Oléron and the port of La Cotinière are among the must-see sights on the Ile d'Oléron. You can also take a boat trip around Fort Boyard...
- Sporting activities: there are plenty of water sports on offer, including the famous kayak trips in the marshes, sea outings, surfing lessons, horse riding, parachute jumping, exploring the island by bike...
- Cultural visits: the Ile d'Oléron museum in Saint-Pierre, the Marennes-Oléron oyster basin...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.

- Bus service from Saint-Pierre-d'Oléron (3.5 km) to La Rochelle station (82 km) or Surgères (77 km).

- Nearest airport: La Rochelle (90 km); Bordeaux Mérignac (190 km); Nantes Atlantique (210 km)
