We offer this charming 28 m² studio apartment for rent in Chamrousse, with mountain views, ski resort within walking distance and swimming pool in the residence, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it features a 28 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette and a bathroom. We're waiting for you !
The south-west-facing apartment is composed as follows :
- 28 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, bunk bed (sleeps two) and dining area
- A kitchenette, open onto the living room, equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with shower and WC
Exterior :
- A shared swimming pool within the residence, heated on 21 degrees and open in July and August. It is accessible to building occupants only and secured (shutter, fence). The pool is located at an altitude of 1800m
- A balcony running the full length of the apartment, 1.45 m deep, with table and chairs to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in Chamrousse, in a very pleasant environment, at the foot of the Roche Bérangère slopes and right next to the shopping mall with all the shops (restaurants, banks, sports and rentals...).
Activities :
Summer : Hiking to the lakes, mountain biking, accrobranche, horseback riding, giant zip line, archery.
Winter : Downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, sledging, ski touring, snowmobiling, giant zip line
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available at the foot of the building.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful :
From Grenoble train station, 37 km away, take the T87 line which serves Chamrousse directly, then a free shuttle bus is available to get between the various points in the resort.
Other remarks :
- One pet is allowed free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Prices given are indicative and subject to change by our partner.
- Electric vehicle charging station in nearby public parking lot.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (or an additional charge payable to our local service provider). Price : 59 euros.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged.
To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Book&Pay team (ad management and reservations service) and the Conciergerie Blanche Neige (concierge / housekeeping service).
