Located on the 1st floor (with lift) of a building constructed in July 2023, it comprises an attractive 28 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a shower room.
Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! Another studio, called "Ellington", with the same configuration, is available in the same building.
It is possible to rent both studios at the same time, subject to availability. The accommodation comprises - 28 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, espresso coffee machine, combined microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Shower room - Separate WC The studio is ideally located in Rueil-Malmaison, close to the town centre.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Eiffel Tower and Champs-Elysées (12 km) - Mont Valérien 1 km away - St Cucufa forest (7 km) - Parc de St Cloud (16 km) - Château de Versailles (4 km) Public transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the studio's garage and private car park.
A bicycle storage room is also available in the residence. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - RER A, Rueil-Malmaison station (1 km) - Nearest train station: Rueil-Malmaison (1 km) - Nearest airport: Paris-Orly (35 km) Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
