It has a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 300 m² garden.

The accommodation comprises Ground floor - A 30 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) and large dressing area - Utility room with washing machine - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC First floor - Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190), en-suite shower room and WC - Sleeping area: double bed (140×190) For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board. Outside: - A beautiful 300 m² garden, fully enclosed, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The house is ideally located in Le Relecq-Kerhuon, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate two vehicles. KerMad Nous avons passés un agréable séjour. La maison était très belle et bien équipée, tout le nécessaire y est. Bon accueil. La maison est fidèle aux photos. C'est un bon rapport qualité prix. Nous recommandons la maison.
