Palma Fiesta Apartment
Fantastic apartment with sea views, communal pool and garden, just 10 minutes by car from the beaches of Sitges and 30 minutes from El Prat airport (Barcelona). This apartment, which sleeps four, is decorated with great care and exquisite taste to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
Located on the fifth floor, it boasts spectacular sea and mountain views, making the balcony a relaxing oasis.
The kitchen is fully equipped for everything you might need during your vacation (oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, kitchenware...), the apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and WiFi.
The living/dining room, decorated in shades of blue, features a dining table for four, a smart TV, a comfortable sofa, and access to the terrace.
There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a trundle bed (two single beds). There is also a full bathroom with a shower.
The complex features a communal swimming pool and a large garden area.
Free parking is available within the complex.
Also within the development are paddle tennis courts, a restaurant, and a small supermarket, all of which are available for guests to use. Main features:- Maximum number of guests: 4 - Bedrooms: 2 - Bathrooms: 1 - Double bed: 1 - Single bed: 2 Arrival information:- Tourist taxes levied by the Sitges City Council must be paid (1.75 euros per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years of age do not pay) - Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm - For check-ins after 9:00 PM, there is a small supplement of €30. - For check -ins after midnight, there is a €50 surcharge. Exit information:- Departure time is 10 am - Remember to turn off the AC before you leave. - Upon departure, the keys should be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock. - Between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., maintenance and repair work will be carried out on the facade of the "Palma Fiesta" building, which will be completed by the end of March or the beginning of April.
Work will also be carried out on another building in the "Palma Fiesta" complex until June 15th, and some light noise may be heard.
