Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this village house for rent in the Luberon region and which can accommodate up to 8 people. Renovated by the owners using natural materials, the uncluttered style and warm tones make it a charming place to stay. Arranged over two levels, it has a living area of approx. 190m2.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 45 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area and fireplace (wood not supplied)
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Separate WC
On the floor:
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200) and mezzanine single bed (120x190)
- Two bathrooms with shower
- Separate WC
Exterior :
- Private swimming pool (unheated), 10 x 3.20 m. Available all year round.
- A south-facing terrace, with furniture to enjoy fine weather while sharing meals with friends.
- A beautiful 420 m² garden, private and fully enclosed.
The house is ideally located in Robion, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
The house is located in Robion, a historic Provencal village at the foot of the Luberon massif, where life is good. You can visit its Romanesque church, its ancient open-air theater, stroll through its charming lanes where you'll find the remains of the ramparts, as well as its shops and restaurants. A starting point for many Luberon hikes, Robion combines architectural heritage with nature. The Calavon cycle route takes you 4 km to Coustellet or, if your legs agree, a good 30 km to Apt.
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.
Free public parking is available nearby (throughout the village).
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Avignon (40 km)
- Nearest airport: Marseille Provence (60 km)
A car is required to fully enjoy the region.
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Free WiFi available (fiber optics).
- The fireplace is functional, but wood is not provided.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition, and clean appliances after use.
- A parent is responsible for children's swimming.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged.
