Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 19 m² living room, open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room.
The accommodation comprises - A 19 m² living room with a double sofa bed (160×200), TV and a dining area for enjoying a good meal. - A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with electric kettle, multifunction oven, toaster, dishwasher, ceramic hob and a range of other appliances... - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) with separate balcony - Bedroom 2: two single beds (80×190), which can be brought together to form a double bed - Shower room with walk-in shower - Separate WC Outside: - A 20 m² balcony surrounding the main room, with views of the mountains and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Praz-sur-Arly, in a very pleasant setting 300m from the heart of the village with local shops.
All shops: food, supermarkets, caterer, restaurant, sports shop, newsagent, souvenir shops, banks, painting galleries, French ski school, tourist office, bar and local shops: bakery, pharmacy and church.

Nous avons passés une excellente semaine, les pistes sont à deux pas de l'immeuble..Les commerces et les restaurants aussi..Ainsi que les sentiers de marche ..Appartement très bien conçu ,il y tout pour cuisiner et suffisamment d'espace pour ne pas se gêner. Super pour 4 personnes..

Erg schoon en mooi huisje, met mooi uitzicht. Vele wandelingen mogelijk in de buurt. Ook zit je hier heel dicht bij de rivier,waar je heerlijk kan zitten.
Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Een ander groot voordeel was dat er een wasmachine en droger in het huis zit.
Inchecken ging heel makkelijk en het is een fijn gevoel dat het appartementencomplex is beveiligd met een code.
Er hadden wel iets meer stoeltjes buiten op het balkon mogen staan. We waren met z’n vieren en er stonden maar 2 kleine stoeltjes.
1 dag konden wij niet met de auto weg, vanwege een rommelmarkt. Hele hoofdweg was afgesloten, het was fijn geweest als dit met ons was gecommuniceerd.

Appartement très agréable et très bien équipé. La résidence est paisible et tout est accessible à pied.
Le seul bémol est l'ensoleillement tardif du balcon en été.
