First floor - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) and 1 double sofa-bed - Bathroom with shower and WC Outside - A 15 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Naveil, in a very pleasant environment.
All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.
Activities - Wine-tasting tours of wine cellars on the banks of the Loir River - Bike rides - Troglodyte villages, Montoire's historic railway station, Ronsard's house at Couture - The little train of the 1950s at Thoré la Rochette - Swimming at the Villiers lake - Vendôme swimming pool nearby - Kayaking - Numerous castles and manor houses in the Loir Valley Transportation If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private outdoor parking lot, which can accommodate up to 2 cars.
